Summary: I booked Freya hotel 2 months in advance for 6 nights and specifically asked for a twin room. I received a very small double room, and fridge didnt work Only thing they could do was divide the bed into two for first 3 nights. I was moved to a twin larger room 3 days later, which is what I originally wanted. As a expedia VIP member i requested an upgrade but the gentleman in the am was not friendly and very indifferent. However the person present during checkin "Mehmet" was a sweetheart. He went out of his way to improve our stay. The location of the hotel is convenient and the rooms are cleaned well every day.
